Hello,
Are your MYDUTY schedules suddenly disappearing or not syncing properly?
Please follow the steps below to ensure proper synchronization between MYDUTY and your iPhone calendar.
MYDUTY displays events from calendars synced with your iPhone (Google, Outlook, or iCloud).
Even if you add an event directly in MYDUTY,
it will be saved to your selected iPhone calendar based on the [Calendar] option you choose when creating the event.
Sometimes users confuse the [Calendar] option with event color settings, leading to the selection of a different calendar.
Please ensure you've selected the correct calendar in the [Calendar] option.
Check MYDUTY's Calendar Access Permission
To ensure proper synchronization between MYDUTY and your iPhone Calendar, MYDUTY requires calendar access permission.
Please follow these steps to confirm MYDUTY’s calendar access:
1.
Open the iPhone's Settings app.
2.
Navigate to Privacy & Security > Calendars, and enable calendar access for MYDUTY.
•
If you're using iOS 17 or above, set the permission to Full Access.
3.
After adjusting these settings, close MYDUTY completely and restart the app.

Verify iCloud Calendar Synchronization
Please ensure that your iCloud sync hasn't been turned off due to insufficient storage,
and confirm your Apple ID hasn't been changed.
Additionally, as reports of iCloud calendar data loss have increased from iOS 18 onward,
please carefully review your iCloud synchronization settings using the steps below:
1.
Open your iPhone’s Settings app.
2.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
•
If you are not logged in, please sign in.
3.

Ensure iCloud Calendar is turned on (item names may vary depending on your iOS version).
