These Terms and Conditions are for the purposes of providing regulations regarding the company and members’ rights and responsibilities and other necessary detail for the use of “MYDUTY” Android/iOS/Web application (hereinafter referred to as “application”) provided by Fourwheels (co.) (hereinafter referred to as “company”).
1. Application copyrights
All rights of the application belong to the company.
2. Rights for contents produced through the application
All rights for data created by the members through the application belong to the member. The company may use calendar data created by members for marketing purposes or member preference analytic purposes. Also, all contents can be completely destroyed at the request of the member.
3. Agreement of Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions are considered as being accepted automatically when the app is installed and executed, thereby becoming a “member”.
4. Personal information protection duties
According to the "Information Network Act" and related regulations, the “company” works to protect the personal information of its “members”. In terms of personal information protection and usage, the laws and “company’s” privacy policies apply. The privacy policy is posted at https://myduty.io/policy/privacy
5. Purchases
"Company" may offer members to purchase products and services ("in-app purchases") through the iTunes and Google Play.
If the member purchases a regular paid subscription service that is automatically extended through in-app purchases, the member will continue to be charged until canceled by the member.
If you want to cancel payment for the regular paid subscription service, you must request cancellation directly through your payment platform (iTunes, Google Play).
The member's paid subscription service will not be canceled or canceled if the member's account is deleted or the "Company" application is deleted from the device.
The "Company" reserves the right to charge all funds by the member's payment method until the member cancels or cancels the paid subscription service.
If you cancel or cancel the paid subscription service, the member can use the paid subscription service until the end of the term of the "company" paid subscription service.
In general, all charges for a member's purchase are non-refundable and there is no partial refund or compensation.
Members residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area have the right to receive a full refund for 14 days after the start of the paid subscription service in accordance with local law, without specifying the reason.
This 14-day period starts when the paid subscription service starts.

6. Termination of User Agreement
The “member” can terminate the user agreement at any time using the through the “Member withdrawal” menu of the application. In terminating the agreement, all contents of the “member” on the application are permanently destroyed.
