Starting at 11pm on July 3, 2023, we temporarily experienced an error launching the MYDUTY app, which limited your ability to use the app. The error was actually caused by an issue with our server settings, but the incorrect error message "There is a problem with your account" was displayed. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
All issues are now resolved and the MYDUTY app is fully functional. All of your account, duty, and group information is securely stored.
